SynapseDirect respects your privacy. Information supplied will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any other organization or external agency — ever. The limited information stored by us is detailed upon this page.
Information submitted by you to any of the our Forums is stored securely within the Forum relational database. Additionally, your email address (required to register as a Forum user) is never published by SynapseDirect, is not available on the emrupdate web-site. Your email address is only referenced by our forum moderators or administrators for forum maintenance. We will never sell or transfer your electronic mail address — ever.
Forum Agreement
In order to use the forums hosted by SynapseDirect, a username, password and e-mail address are required. Neither the Administrators of these Forums, or the participating Moderators, are responsible for the privacy practices of any user. Remember that all information disclosed in the Forums becomes public information. Caution should be exercised in deciding to share any information. The Forums give users two options for changing and modifying information that are provided in their profile:
- Users can login with their username & password to change any information in their profile.
- In case of a lost password, users can submit a lost password request through the forum.
Cookies may be required to participate as a user in these Forums. Cookies are only used here to hold your username and password and viewing options, allowing you to login.
Access to the Forums requires that you agree that you, the user, are 13 years of age or over. You are fully responsible for any information or file supplied by this user.
