I was able to remove the encounter's Tag on the right column (what I wanted to do anyay).

The error came from right clicking on the tag in the "Patient's Tags" column.

Maybe trap this error message saying that Tags cannot be removed in this fashion ?

I had a tag problem with a test patient related to the new Detailed Examination. Version 59.3 on this patient insisted on concatenating the last 2 or 3 diagnoses to the Dx list since starting to use Detailed Examination. I solved it by saving to SOAP to get rid of those diagnoses in Detailed Examination memory space for 2 affected consults. This problem seems to be solved now with version 59.5 in my testing.
