Medications Popup - Tweaking II : more Just in Time Buttons, less busy looking.

Cleaner Look. More Intuitive. I dont think every button in every situation needs the "AJAX" / "Just in Time" feel to the interface, but the Medications are so frequently used, it's worth the coding time ! Smile

Here is what the screen should look like when the popup first comes up, or you have added a medication, or you hit [Clear] - I call this "state" Next Action State.
