Just installed Synapse on my new Windows 7 laptop.

I've put it into c:\emr\client\

Now for this to work correctly, you need to change the security permissions so that you, the user, have write permissions on this directory and subdirectories.  Otherwise you'll get all sorts of errors and crashes.

You can also just use "run as administrator" on Synapse.exe which has the same effect.
