Macro Text in Consult Editor
 Graham:R216B76 19 Dec 2009- New - macros.txt is now served from the server and shared with all clinical users
Start up Synapse Go to Settings/Lists/Macro Expansion Click on "load macros.txt" Make any changes Click on "Save Macros to Server" and it will now be loaded automatically on all clinical clients.
