This page allows the patient to enter their diagnosis and conditions with the chance to comment further and enter the age of their condition.
List of medications patient is to take and their descriptions and dosage reccomendations.
This page allows patient to request prescription of their medication, also to have the choice whether to request it being sent home or the surgery.
Resulting page displays patient requests. What they requested, how much dosage and delivery details.
Patient is able to keep in contact with their doctor by requesting appointments and prescriptions, requesting appointment confirmation, and general medical problems that need dealing with without having to go directly to the doctors.

A patient is able to request appointment regarding which doctor they wish to see, whe, time, and any other requirements. They can also describe there condition and why they want to see a doctor, who will then get back to them once the request is sent.
