Synapse EMR Server can be installed on most Microsoft® operating systems, although a medium-large practice with 3 or more Doctors should consider a dedicated Windows 2000/2003 Server. Smaller practices or solo-Docs can use Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or Microsoft Windows XP.
